Set-Up & Breakdown // $550 ++
This option is perfect for couples who already have a “coordinator” at their venue. We come in and set up all of your decor, come back and pack everything up! Includes 1 in person meeting (usually at the venue), 2 hours of set up and 1 hour of breakdown. Addtional hours are $150/per hour.
Month-of Coordination // $1,500
Our most popular option! Includes 3 in person meetings starting one month before the wedding to work out details including set up instructions and timeline. We will coordinate with all of your vendors one month out and make sure all of your ducks are in a row. On the day of the wedding, you’ll have a staff of 3 coordinators to ensure everything goes smoothly! Includes 8 hours of wedding day coverage. Additional hours are $150/per hour.
Partial Planning // $3000
Hand holding for 6 months! We’ll handle all things wedding related 6 months before your wedding. At this time it’s expected that your venue and photographer are already booked.
Full Service // $5,000 ++
For the bride and groom that have no time to plan a wedding! We are usually the first ones to be hired on after engagement- after that we plan the whole thing. Pick your venue, vendors, design the space, handle invitations..everything!
